Hongseong-gun Launches Full-Scale Marine Tourism Tour Operations

Opening of Nolgungri Marine Park, Namdanghang Marine Fountain Park, and More

Hongseong-gun, Chungnam announced on the 3rd that it will officially operate marine tourism tours for the summer season.

The county has prepared marine tourism tours such as Nolgung-ri Marine Park and Namdang Port Marine Fountain Park, allowing visitors to enjoy water play and marine experiences simultaneously.

Nolgung-ri Marine Park is a new concept artificial structure floating on the Cheonsuman Sea, where visitors can observe the changing heights according to the tidal differences.

At the Marine Fountain Park located around Namdang Port, visitors can enjoy water play with fountains during the day and a spectacular light and music landscape lighting show at night.

In front of the Marine Fountain Park, various attractions such as a trick art zone and photo zone consisting of 12 works have also been prepared.

Kim Taegi, Director of the Culture and Tourism Division, said, "Recently established representative tourist spots such as the Marine Fountain Park, Nolgung-ri Marine Park, and Sky Tower will become major courses of the Hongseong marine tourism tour this summer.
