Signing of Business Agreement for Clean Landlord Pilot Project
Danggeun is collaborating with the Seoul Metropolitan Government to foster a safe real estate transaction culture. On the 3rd, Danggeun announced that it has signed a 'Clean Landlord Pilot Project Business Agreement (MOU)' with Seoul City to establish a safe lease contract culture.
The core of this agreement, the Clean Landlord Pilot Project, involves tenants being able to view and verify the rights status, tax payment status, and credit scores of 'Clean Houses'?rental properties certified as having clear rights relationships among those owned by Clean Landlords registered with Seoul City?when viewing or signing lease contracts.
Through this agreement, Danggeun will receive a list of Clean Houses from Seoul City. Based on this data, properties certified as Clean Houses among those posted on the real estate board will be marked with a separate Clean Mark, allowing users to intuitively confirm Clean House certification information. This will help ensure that key information that must be checked during real estate contracts is not missed, enabling more trustworthy and safer transactions. The introduction timing of this service will be decided after discussing various matters with Seoul City.
Danggeun has been providing real estate services since 2021. The demand continues to increase as transactions between residents of the same area allow for more reliable properties and reduce brokerage fee burdens.
Hwang Doyeon, CEO of Danggeun, said, “We hope this agreement will create a more transparent and healthy real estate transaction market,” and added, “We will continue to cooperate with various external organizations to enhance the safety and convenience of direct real estate transactions and do our best in institutional and technological efforts to foster a healthy lease culture.”
