Gyeonggi Has the Most with 22,169 Households
Seoul's 'Mapo Xi Hillstate' and Others Total 3,269 Households
The number of housing units scheduled for sale this month is estimated to reach around 40,000.
According to real estate platform Zigbang on the 3rd, a total of 44 complexes nationwide, comprising 39,393 units (29,340 general sale units), are preparing for sale this month.
By region, Gyeonggi had the highest number with 22,169 units, accounting for more than half of the total supply. This was followed by Seoul with 3,269 units, Chungnam 2,309 units, Busan 2,303 units, Chungbuk 1,708 units, Incheon 1,612 units, Jeonnam 1,557 units, Jeju 1,401 units, Daejeon 1,081 units, Gangwon 792 units, Gyeongbuk 491 units, Ulsan 475 units, and Gwangju 226 units.
In Seoul, projects preparing for sale this month include ‘Mapo Xi Hillstate’ in Gongdeok 1 District, Mapo-gu, a reconstruction site, and ‘Prugio Radius Park’ in Jangwi 6 District, Seongbuk-gu. In the Gyeonggi region, cities such as Goyang, Gwacheon, Gunpo, Seongnam, and Pyeongtaek are scheduled to launch sales, including large apartment complexes. In Incheon, ‘Hillstate Lake Songdo 5th’ in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu is scheduled for sale. Other projects include ‘The Sharp Riomont’ in Eomgung-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan; ‘Suncheon Grand Park Xi’ in Pungdeok-dong, Suncheon-si, Jeonnam; and ‘Tangjeong Prugio Center Park’ in Tangjeong-myeon, Asan-si, Chungnam.
Last month’s supply performance rate was less than half. The initially planned supply was a total of 39,593 units, but the actual units sold amounted to 17,807 units (45%).
Last month, the nationwide first-priority subscription competition rate averaged 1.5 to 1. The complex with the highest subscription competition rate was ‘Seodaemun Central I-Park’ in Hong Eun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, recording an average of 7.3 to 1 (first priority). This was followed by ‘Yeoju Station Xi Heritage’ in Gyodong, Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi with 4.32 to 1, and ‘Gimpo Bukbyeon Woomee Lin Park Live’ in Bukbyeon-dong, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi with 2.19 to 1.
