Up to 40% Discount... Shinsegae Department Store Hosts 'European Union Food Week'

Wine, Cheese, Snacks, and a Total of Over 800

Shinsegae Department Store announced on the 2nd that it will showcase the 'European Union Food Week' in a relay format at its nationwide stores throughout June.

In collaboration with the European Union, the event offers over 800 types of European food products, including olive oil, wine, cheese, and snacks, at discounts of up to 40%. The European Union is conducting the campaign 'Taste the Real Colors of Europe' to help people discover and enjoy the flavors of food and beverages.

Due to the increased demand for premium home-cooked meals after COVID-19, the popularity of high-end food products such as those from Europe is steadily rising. Last year, sales of vinegar products at Shinsegae Department Store's food hall supermarkets grew significantly by 99.2%, and oil products by 28.6%.

The event will be held sequentially starting from the Main Store, Uijeongbu Store, and Shinsegae Food Market Dogok Store until the 6th; then at Gyeonggi Store and Times Square Store from the 7th to the 13th; Centum City and Daegu Shinsegae from the 14th to the 20th; and Gwangju Store and Daejeon Shinsegae Art & Science from the 21st to the 27th.

Featured products include the Modena Balsamic Vinegar 3 Medals from 'Leonardi,' an Italian balsamic brand with 140 years of tradition, offered at a 30% discount. You can also find Maison de Florentins' Milk Chocolate with Caramel, a traditional Italian recipe chocolate brand, and Doria's Italian butter biscuit Buccaneve.
