Lotte Construction was selected as the contractor at the 'Shinbanpo 12th Apartment Reconstruction and Maintenance Project Contractor Selection General Meeting' held on the 1st at Sehwa High School in Banpo-dong, with a scale of 259.7 billion KRW. Following the redevelopment project on the north side of Anyang Sports Complex, Lotte Construction secured its second construction right this year.
Shinbanpo 12th Apartment is a project to newly build five buildings with 432 households and ancillary welfare facilities, ranging from three basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, located at 50-5 Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu. The complex is within walking distance of Sinsa Station and Jamwon Station on Subway Line 3, with excellent transportation infrastructure including the Gyeongbu Expressway and Olympic-daero. It offers an excellent educational environment with Shindong Elementary and Shindong Middle Schools nearby. Additionally, Jamwon Hangang Park and Myeongju Neighborhood Park are adjacent to the site.
Lotte Construction applied its high-end residential brand ‘Le-EL’ to Shinbanpo 12th Apartment and collaborated with the global architectural design firm Jerde for the first time in a small to medium-sized complex. To this end, in December last year, John Pauline, Vice President and Chief Designer of Jerde, personally visited the site to conduct an on-site survey to derive the optimal design plan. The project reflects the commitment to complete a distinctive high-end complex by applying top-tier finishing materials in Gangnam.
Furthermore, Lotte Construction will apply high-end landscaping from its landscaping brand GREEN X GROOVE, which won the grand prize in the apartment landscaping category at the internationally prestigious 'iF Design Award' for the first time in Korea. Additionally, a work by Jean-Michel Othoniel, a representative contemporary French artist, will be installed in the central plaza of the complex.
Moreover, the community facilities will feature ‘Technogym,’ a luxury fitness equipment brand, offering differentiated programs to recharge residents' vitality and provide a space for a special relaxation culture.
