Mirae Asset Life Insurance, 2024 First Half New Employee Recruitment

Mirae Asset Life Insurance announced on the 31st that it will be conducting recruitment for new college graduate employees for the first half of 2024.


Mirae Asset Life Insurance will accept applications until the 16th of next month for a total of four job categories: product development, actuarial, asset management, and risk management.


Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university or be expected to graduate (expected graduation in August 2024 or February 2025). The selection process includes document screening, first-round crew interview (a conversational interview with senior employees), second-round manager interview (job suitability interview), and third-round final interview (organizational fit interview).


Applications can be submitted through the Mirae Asset Group recruitment website during the application period, and job experience stories from senior employees in each recruitment field can be viewed on Mirae Asset Life Insurance’s official blog "Recruitment Story."
