In Busan, the preference for apartments under the 'The Sharp' brand has been found to be quite significant. In particular, in major areas such as Haeundae-gu, Suyeong-gu, and Yeonje-gu, The Sharp brand apartments are priced at least 1.5 times higher than the local average market price, drawing attention.


According to price trend data from Real Estate R114 (excluding reconstruction), 'LCT The Sharp' located in Haeundae is priced at 55.9 million KRW per 3.3㎡, which is about 2.6 times higher than the Haeundae average (21.74 million KRW).


Also, in Suyeong-gu, 'Gwang-an The Sharp' has a market price of 28.1 million KRW per 3.3㎡, approximately 1.5 times higher than the Suyeong-gu average (19.65 million KRW). In addition, 'Seomyeon The Sharp Central Star' in Busanjin-gu (20.19 million KRW per 3.3㎡) and 'The Sharp Park City' in Yeonje-gu (21.06 million KRW per 3.3㎡) also show prices about 1.7 times and 1.5 times higher than their respective local averages.


An industry insider stated, "The Sharp apartments have steadily increased their preference and status since launching 'The Sharp Centum Park' in 2002, successfully supplying over 20,000 households in Busan alone. Especially, The Sharp apartments have established themselves as landmark properties in areas like Haeundae and Suyeong, enhancing their reputation as luxury apartments and maintaining consistent popularity among Busan residents."


Accordingly, The Sharp brand apartments continue to achieve excellent results in the Busan sales market. In June, the sale of 'The Sharp Riomont' in Sasang-gu is scheduled, attracting attention. This complex is the first The Sharp apartment to be developed in Sasang-gu, expected to garner much interest due to its rarity and symbolic value.


The Sharp Riomont is an apartment complex built through the redevelopment of Eomgung 3 District. It consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 1,305 units ranging from 39 to 84㎡ in exclusive area. Among these, 866 units with exclusive areas of 59, 72, and 84㎡ will be available for general sale.


The complex benefits from Sasang-gu's future value and residential infrastructure, which is undergoing a transformation due to various development projects. Convenience is also ensured with close access to Lotte Mart, E-Mart, Sasang Bus Terminal, and government offices, promising a comfortable residential life.


The Sharp Riomont is the first large-scale branded apartment complex in Sasang-gu in 4 years and in Eomgung-dong in 16 years, featuring differentiated innovative designs rarely seen in the area.
