According to the police, Kim is accused of drinking and driving at around 11:40 p.m. on the 9th, causing an accident by colliding with a taxi on the opposite side of Apgujeong-ro in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and fleeing the scene.

Three hours after the accident, Jang falsely surrendered to the police, claiming he was the driver by wearing Kim’s clothes. Kim appeared at the police station 17 hours after the accident and admitted to driving.

Kim, who initially denied the drinking allegations, admitted to drinking only on the 19th, ten days after the accident, as evidence such as CCTV footage revealing signs of drinking surfaced, and was detained on the 24th.
