Shinyoung Jiwel Pyeongtaek Hwayang will be built on 785 Hwayang-ri, Hyeondeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si (Hwayang District Block 9-1), consisting of 10 buildings with a total of 999 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. All units have an exclusive area of 84㎡. Construction is handled by Shinyoung C&D.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 3rd of next month, followed by first priority on the 4th and second priority on the 5th. Winners will be announced on the 13th, and official contracts will be signed from the 24th to the 26th. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of home ownership or household head status, provided they have been subscribed to the subscription savings account for 12 months and meet the deposit requirements. Interest-free benefits on interim payments apply, and the resale restriction period is 6 months. Move-in is scheduled for April 2027.

The Pyeongtaek Hwayang district is the largest among private-led urban development projects. The Hwayang district is a planned complex new town with approximately 2.79 million square meters of land, about 20,000 households, and a population of around 50,000. The complex is located within a 1-minute walk from the central commercial area of Hwayang district. Public offices and general hospitals are nearby, and an elementary school is scheduled to open right in front of the complex. Middle and high schools as well as academies are also close.

Transportation is convenient via National Route 38 and the Seohaean Expressway for travel within and outside the region. Anjung-daero and the Seobu Inland Expressway are scheduled to open this year and next year, respectively. Near the complex, Anjung Station is set to open simultaneously in October with the Seohae Line, connecting Goyang in Gyeonggi to Hongseong in Chungnam, and the Pyeongtaek Line, running between Anjung and Pyeongtaek. The Seohae Line will later be directly connected to the Gyeongbu High-Speed Line, enabling access to Gwangmyeong Station, Yongsan Station, and Seoul Station within about 30 minutes via KTX by 2030.

There are also positive development prospects nearby. In May last year, Pyeongtaek City signed an investment agreement with Hyundai Mobis to establish an automobile module production facility in the Seopyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district. Approximately 47,891㎡ of land will be invested with about 154 billion KRW. The module production facility aims to start operations by the end of February next year.

In terms of product features, all units are mainly south-facing with various floor plans applied. There is ample storage space such as dressing rooms and pantries. Community facilities include household storage, dry saunas, and futsal courts introduced for the first time in the Hwayang district, along with a gymnasium, grass plaza, tea house, Moms Station, care center, and daycare center.

A sales official said, "Shinyoung Jiwel Pyeongtaek Hwayang is located in the very center of the Hwayang district, which is being developed as a self-sufficient city representing West Pyeongtaek, attracting continuous interest from buyers. It offers full access to the excellent infrastructure of the Hwayang district and abundant development prospects nearby, so good results are expected in the subscription."
