The Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation (President Moon Young-pyo) hosted a "Talk Concert with the MZ Generation" on the 29th from 3 PM for about two hours, organized by the Junior Board to strengthen communication between generations.
This talk concert was promoted to reduce the communication gap and broaden mutual understanding between the older generation and the MZ generation, as the MZ generation has become the main pillar of the organization.
At the talk concert, guests were divided into groups of 10 each: team leaders and above, grade 4 (mid-level employees), and grades 5 and 6 (employees with less than 5 years of experience). Team leaders and the MZ generation represented the older and younger generations respectively, while grade 4 employees, known as the "in-between generation," acted as a bridge between the two.
To encourage honest conversations without hesitation, partitions were installed between ranks (generations), and voice-modulated microphones were used to guarantee anonymity.
The format involved team leaders asking questions, with the MZ generation primarily responding and the in-between generation supplementing answers as needed. The questions covered topics such as work attitude, workplace etiquette, and communication with the older generation, leading to humorous exchanges that elicited laughter and served as an opportunity to deepen intergenerational understanding.
President Moon Young-pyo stated, "This talk concert provided a time for everyone to come closer to each other," adding, "I hope it will help create a desirable organizational culture."
