The court has granted the injunction filed by Min Hee-jin, CEO of Adore, to prohibit the exercise of voting rights against HYBE.
The 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court ruled on the 30th to approve Min's injunction against HYBE to prohibit the exercise of voting rights, and stated that HYBE must pay damages if it violates this order.
HYBE had planned to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the 31st to propose a motion to dismiss CEO Min. However, with the court ruling in Min's favor, she will retain her position as CEO.
