Comprehensive Support Platform for Overseas University Admissions
AI-Powered Tutor Management and Class Feedback
Global Service Launch in July... "Will Integrate Korean Education DNA"
"We will implant Korean educational DNA on the global stage." 'Tublet Korea,' an online one-on-one tutoring platform for students preparing for admissions to prestigious American universities, is launching a global market expansion. The plan is to combine Korea's unique systematic education system with artificial intelligence (AI) to provide services to applicants worldwide.

On the 31st, An Min-woo, CEO of Tublet Korea, expressed confidence, saying, "Although there is definitely a private education market in the U.S., it is not as systematic as ours. We are strong players in that market and have sufficient competitiveness."
Tublet launched its one-on-one tutoring service platform in December 2021. Specializing in admissions to prestigious American universities, it connects students with tutors. It offers programs such as the SAT, the U.S. college entrance exam, school subjects, AP, IB, and TOEFL. All tutors are graduates of top U.S. universities, currently numbering around 1,000. It is a comprehensive admissions platform that provides not only one-on-one tutoring but also overall admissions consulting.
Tublet has continued rapid growth since its launch. Having achieved sales of 460 million KRW in its first year, Tublet recorded 1.2 billion KRW last year and expects 5 billion KRW this year. It anticipates more than a tenfold growth in two years.
CEO An said, "The most encouraging thing is that over 90% of students who took a class once apply for another class," adding, "A high repurchase rate for online classes means the service is satisfactory."
The secret to high customer satisfaction lies in the management system utilizing AI technology. Considering students' goals and tendencies, AI recommends the optimal tutor. AI also observes the class process and judges whether the current class is proceeding properly. To this end, unlike other education companies, Tublet has formed an internal development team.
CEO An explained, "The reactions students show differ depending on whether they have a precise understanding of the class, and AI identifies this," adding, "We also use 'eye-tracking' technology that follows the eye movement when reading text to check real-time concentration and provide feedback on the class."
The approximately 1,000 verified tutors are the core of Tublet's competitiveness. This was greatly influenced by CEO An, who was known as a top instructor in the overseas university admissions market. In the early stages of the business, CEO An personally recruited students from prestigious universities as tutors, who then recruited more tutors. Tutors undergo a total of three verification stages, including AI interviews.
Tublet views July of this year, when it launches its global service, as a turning point for growth. Until now, it has targeted students in Korea aspiring to study abroad, but from July, it will expand services to Asians preparing for admissions to prestigious universities within the U.S.
CEO An said, "We have selected Chinese and Indian Americans as the first target groups," explaining, "China and India, like Korea, have a cultural background where parents lead education, but there is no systematic system like ours in the U.S. local market, so we expect demand from those aiming for prestigious university admissions."
Tublet's ultimate goal is for everyone in the U.S., regardless of race, to use Tublet's system. CEO An stated, "Currently, tutors are composed of Koreans, but in the future, they will diversify to include White, Black, and Indian Americans," adding, "It will be a platform that encompasses both before and after admissions with education based on understanding each cultural characteristic."
