Indent Corporation (CEO Taeseok Yoon, hereinafter Indent), a commerce AX (AI Transformation) specialist company, announced on the 30th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Daemyung Chemical regarding the introduction of AI solutions.

Daemyung Chemical is a large-scale company operating various businesses ranging from electronics to fashion, logistics, outlets, and aviation based on an M&A strategy. Particularly, Daemyung Chemical, which has achieved remarkable results in the fashion business, is known as the "LVMH of Korea," operating 27 fashion corporations and over 200 fashion brands, including prominent brands such as Malbon, Sater, Matang Kim, and Marithe Francois Girbaud. This MOU was led by Modern Works, a fashion brand licensing, import, and distribution company responsible for new business development at Daemyung Chemical.

Through this agreement, more than 200 brands under Daemyung Chemical are expected to adopt Indent's AI technology, benefiting from enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency. Through its flagship product, V Review, it helps provide an optimized shopping experience for individual customers by △ collecting customer reviews based on AI chatbots △ secondary use of review content such as short-form and UGC △ deriving AI-recommended keywords for customers. Additionally, Indent will provide Daemyung Chemical with brand VoC (Voice of Customer) operation solutions through comprehensive improvements in CS, marketing, and UI/UX based on AI customer data analysis.

Furthermore, Indent plans to offer its recently commercialized AI-based creator and influencer marketing solution. Brands can automate the entire process from selecting creator candidates who can maximize synergy with the brand’s assets, to recruitment, contracting, content management, and post-management through this AI technology.

In particular, this solution enables influencer marketing without distinction between domestic and international markets, offering significantly higher efficiency compared to the traditional method where managers communicate directly.

Geum Inseop, director of Modern Works in charge of this MOU contract, said, “As AX is becoming full-fledged across various industries, we have formed a partnership with Indent, which possesses the highest level of commerce insight and AX technology in Korea. Customers will encounter Daemyung Chemical’s brands through trustworthy reviews, leading to an enhanced customer experience.”

Taeseok Yoon, CEO of Indent Corporation, stated, “Since this AI technology can be flexibly applied according to each brand’s policy, the partnership with Daemyung Chemical, which owns numerous brands, is expected to create greater synergy than ever before. We will strive to contribute to enhancing brand value by securing operational efficiency and global scalability and to remain a meaningful case of commerce AX.”
