Strengthening Customer-Customized Services
Shinsegae Live Shopping announced on the 30th that it has introduced AI (Artificial Intelligence) consultants and assigned dedicated consultants for each product.
AI consultants are selectively provided to customers. Since all consultants are engaged in consultations, customers are informed if there is a wait, and AI consultants are connected upon customer request. The AI consultants introduced by Shinsegae Live Shopping were developed through continuous learning based on Shinsegae Live Shopping’s existing customer consultation data, detailed product specifications, and AI specialized for home shopping, making it an optimized version for home shopping customers.
Dedicated consultants have also been assigned for each product. These dedicated consultants go beyond simply assisting with orders; they explain the desired information based on a deep understanding of the product and can actively respond to various questions. When trial-applied to the luxury specialty program S Style conducted this month, the order success rate after consultation increased by about 35% compared to before. Currently, dedicated consultants have been assigned to some luxury and health food products, and the number of dedicated consultants will be expanded according to products in the future.
Last month, Shinsegae Live Shopping also provided senior-exclusive consultation services for members aged 75 and older. The order success rate increased by about 5% compared to before.
