HanmiGlobal D&I Opens Promotion Center for Senior Residence 'Wirye Simponia'

HanmiGlobal's real estate development subsidiary, HanmiGlobal D&I, announced on the 29th that it will open a model house promotional center for the senior residence 'Wirye Symphonia,' which will be supplied in Wirye New Town, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the 4th of next month.

Wirye Symphonia is an urban-type senior residence located in the center of Wirye New Town. It is scheduled to be supplied in March next year, with a total of 115 units across 4 basement floors and up to 9 floors above ground at 891 Jangji-dong, Songpa-gu. Each unit consists of a net usable area of 43 to 57㎡, featuring specialized designs for 1-2 person senior households. In case of emergencies, emergency bells, pocket doors that do not interfere with movement, and safety bars are installed, and the level differences at the entrance and inside the units are minimized to prevent injury risks.

Daily healthy meal plans are provided along with housekeeping services, 24-hour health consultations, personalized exercise recommendations, and nutritional diet coaching as part of healthcare services. Various community facilities for residents will also be established, including a dining room with sunlight exposure, nurse's office, healthcare room, program room, golf, sauna, fitness center, and multipurpose auditorium. Club activities for resident interaction and 1-2 monthly events will also be held.

Wirye Symphonia plans to operate customized programs for residents' health. It will introduce experiential programs linked with the Serotonin Culture Center founded by psychiatrist Dr. Lee Si-hyung, who first introduced the happiness hormone 'serotonin' in Korea. Additionally, weekly dementia prevention lectures and physical activity programs by Oriental medicine doctor Park Chan-seo will be conducted. Furthermore, about 20 educational programs per month will be offered through specialized personnel in various fields.

Wirye New Town, where Wirye Symphonia will be located, boasts excellent accessibility to the Gangnam area and is equipped with various living infrastructures such as the central commercial district of Wirye New Town and Starfield City. In particular, it has excellent access to advanced hospitals, with Asan Medical Center and Samsung Seoul Hospital nearby, and Seoul World Hospital within a 1 km radius of the complex. It also features a pleasant natural environment adjacent to the 4.4 km-long Human Ring walking trail, Namhansanseong Fortress, Jangji Stream, and Wirye Lake Park.
