Osan-si Successfully Concludes First Half Events of 'Day with Performances'

27 Teams Perform Over Two Months

Osan City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 29th that it has successfully concluded the first half of this year's outdoor regular performance event, 'Day with a Performance.'

Launched to expand citizens' opportunities to enjoy culture and arts and to provide performance opportunities for local artists, 'Day with a Performance' started with 'Cherry Blossom It Day' in April and featured a total of 27 teams and 87 participants over six sessions.

This event was especially notable for its monthly dress code concept, where visitors who dressed according to the color theme of each performance were given opportunities to participate in various events, attracting attention. Additionally, the performances linked with the Art Experience Market drew more than 300 visitors on average per day, receiving positive responses, according to the city.

A city official stated, "Reflecting the opinions from the citizens' first half survey, we plan to prepare even richer events for the second half of the year."

Osan City plans to operate the second half 'Day with a Performance' events starting in September, continuing through to the planned 'Oh! Happy Santa Market' performances in November and December.
