At the 18th Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards, the prestigious Grand Prize was awarded to Hyundai Engineering & Construction's ‘Hillstate’. This marks the second consecutive year the Grand Prize has been won. The brand philosophy of ‘Hillstate’ can be summarized as ‘Lifestyle Leader’.
As an apartment brand of Hyundai Engineering & Construction, a leading construction company representing South Korea, it embodies the commitment to play the role of a leader providing a new lifestyle beyond just a residential space.
To realize the unique value of Hillstate, Hyundai Engineering & Construction was the first in the industry to define residential spaces as a ‘lifestyle platform’. Through this, it delivers three values to customers: sophisticated living, diverse living, and comfortable living.
The brand philosophy of Hillstate is fully reflected in ‘Hillstate Gajang The First’, scheduled for occupancy in 2027. This apartment complex, located in Gajang-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, will be developed with 15 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 38 floors above ground, with units sized between 59 and 84 square meters, totaling 1,779 households.
Among these, 1,339 units are for general sale. The number of units by type is △59㎡ type 270 units △70㎡ type 250 units △79㎡A type 755 units △79㎡B type 92 units △84㎡A type 110 units △84㎡B type 302 units. ‘Hillstate Gajang The First’ maximizes openness with a building coverage ratio of about 15%. In terms of interior design, every unit includes a dressing room, and specialized floor plans are created with pantries and alpha rooms depending on the type. The complex is arranged mainly facing south and designed to ensure excellent lighting and ventilation.
