‘Beonyeong-ro Centridge Private Rental Apartment’ Popular with Pre-sale Reservation Benefits Applied

Having started occupancy last year and established itself as a new landmark in Ulsan, the large-scale apartment complex ‘Beonyeong-ro Centridge’ has recently attracted attention by supplying private rental apartments with the city’s first-ever sales reservation benefits. Unlike jeonse-type products, there is no rent increase for 10 years, and residents can live as if in their own home without worrying about taxes. Furthermore, with the consent of the rental business operator, tenants can be changed, allowing subleasing and resale in areas densely populated with public institutions, enhancing its distinctiveness as a new investment alternative amid soaring sale prices.


‘Beonyeong-ro Centridge’ was highly popular even at the time of sale, boasting a large-scale complex of 2,625 households. It is a representative large-scale brand apartment in Ulsan, constructed by Hyundai Engineering, Lotte Construction, Hyosung Heavy Industries, and Jinheung Enterprise, all of whom have expertise in housing projects.


Transportation accessibility is also excellent.
