Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station Conducts Fire Evacuation Drill at Nursing Hospital

On the 28th, Gwangsan Fire Station in Gwangju Metropolitan City conducted a fire evacuation drill at Singadong Natural Nursing Hospital to improve the initial response and evacuation capabilities of related personnel.

The drill involved 45 participants, including firefighters and staff from Natural Nursing Hospital. The main activities included hospital staff performing ▲initial situation reporting and notification ▲guiding people to evacuate ▲initial fire extinguishing with fire extinguishers, along with unscripted training by firefighters.

A representative from Gwangsan Fire Station stated, “Nursing hospitals are places where multiple casualties can occur, so rapid evacuation and fire suppression through continuous training are crucial.”
