[2024 Apartment Brand Awards] Lotte Construction, ‘Wondang Station Lotte Castle Skyel’ Realizing the Quality of Life

Lotte Construction, which won the ‘Power Brand’ category at this year’s Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards, has been leading the advancement of residential culture in Korea by supplying ‘Lotte Castle’ apartments in major cities nationwide, including the Seoul metropolitan area, Daegu, Busan, and Ulsan, for 25 years since 1999.

‘Wondang Station Lotte Castle Skyel,’ scheduled for occupancy in August, is a complex that well reflects the identity of Lotte Castle. It is located in Seongsadong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 11 buildings from 6 basement floors to 36 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,236 households.

Wondang Station Lotte Castle Skyel applies Lotte Castle’s unique differentiated design techniques. The site layout maximizes openness to secure open views, and double-glazed windows with a view-oriented design were applied to enhance the fa?ade and improve the view from each unit. Additionally, Lotte Construction’s next-generation exterior design, ‘Lotte Castle 3.0,’ was applied to elevate completeness.

The landscaping space is also noteworthy. Centered around the central plaza within the complex, a waterside area including a rock garden and green spaces were created, along with specialized playgrounds and resting areas unique to Lotte Castle, such as a water playground.

The complex provides community facilities such as a fitness club, sauna, golf practice range, mom caf?, small library, senior citizens’ center, daycare center, and management office, offering residents a comfortable living environment.

This complex boasts excellent transportation conditions.
