Twelve 12th Graduates of Dong-A University Law School Donate 12 Million Won Development Fund

"Grateful to My Alma Mater for Shaping Me as a Legal Professional, Hoping Juniors Can Focus on Their Studies"

Dong-A University (President Lee Haewoo) announced on the 28th that the 12th graduating class of its School of Law (Law School) has donated 12 million KRW as a development fund.

This is the second consecutive year that the 12th graduating class of Dong-A Law School has donated to the development fund.

The donation ceremony, held on the 27th at the president's office on the Bumin Campus, was attended by President Lee Haewoo, Song Kwanho, Dean of the School of Law, and Park Hyuk (Law & Tax Law Office), a certified public accountant and attorney, who represented the donors.

This year's donation was made by 12 individuals, including Park Hyuk (Law & Tax Law Office), Choi Bongseok (Muhan Law Firm), Yang Jaeseong (Haein Law Firm), Yang Dongwon (Nachimban Law Firm), Kang Donggu (Law Firm Namu), Ki Jeongheon (Gukje Law Firm), Kim Byeonggeon (Sha Law Firm), Kim Taewoo (Muhan Law Firm), Seo Donghun (Busan District Prosecutors' Office), Lee Deokyoung (Jeongin Law Firm), Lee Junyoung (Seoul Jongam Police Station), and Jeong Dahyeong (Busan District Court).

Attorney Park, who attended the ceremony as the representative of the donors, said, "Dong-A Law School is our beloved alma mater that gave us the opportunity to become legal professionals. We decided to donate because we wanted to help our juniors focus on their studies."

President Lee stated, "Thanks to the valuable donations from the 12th graduating class of the Law School for the second year in a row, both the university and the Law School are receiving significant support. I hope this good tradition of the Law School will continue and provide great help to future students."

This year, 13 members of the 13th graduating class of Dong-A Law School, including Kwak Dongju, also donated 3 million KRW as a development fund.
