KakaoTalk Reservation, Participation in Korea Accommodation Sale Festa... Discount Coupons Given on a First-Come, First-Served Basis

Kakao announced on the 28th that it will participate in the 2024 Korea Accommodation Sale Festa, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization, through KakaoTalk Reservation.

The Korea Accommodation Sale Festa is a public-private cooperation project aimed at revitalizing domestic travel and stimulating consumption. As this is the third participation following October last year and March this year, KakaoTalk Reservation will offer a variety of accommodation information and abundant benefits.

During the regional special exhibition held from today until the 30th, customers who purchase accommodation products priced at 70,000 KRW or more in 12 domestic regions excluding the metropolitan area, Jeju, and Sejong can receive a 50,000 KRW discount coupon on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, from the 3rd to the 30th of next month, 30,000 KRW or 20,000 KRW accommodation discount coupons usable in non-metropolitan areas will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

KakaoTalk Reservation will provide discount coupons for about 10,000 domestic accommodation facilities through this event. The discount coupons can be checked daily from 10 a.m. on the Reservation event page, which appears by clicking the More tab within KakaoTalk or the 'Suksepe' button on the initial screen of the KakaoMap application. In particular, on the KakaoMap app, discount coupons can also be obtained through the detailed screen that appears when searching for 'Accommodation Sale Festa' or accommodation facility information such as hotels, pensions, and resorts.

In addition, BC Card users can enjoy benefits through the simple payment app Paybook. During the period, if you tag KakaoTalk Reservation in the My Tag section within the app and make a payment of 40,000 KRW or more, you can receive an additional 2,000 KRW discount, which can be applied cumulatively.
