Elsolu Signs MOU
Plans to Develop Voice Bot and Multilingual Consultation Services
The White Communication, a company developing and operating AI-based customer consultation solutions, is expanding its AI Contact Center Service (AICC) business.
The White Communication announced on the 28th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Elsol, a voice recognition and translation solution company. Through this MOU, the two companies plan to jointly develop voice bots and multilingual consultation services. The White Communication expects to enhance its AICC and launch global services through this collaboration.
The White Communication has provided solutions that allow customer consultations through various channels such as phone, chat, and email to be handled and managed from a single window to over 3,000 companies. Since last year, it has launched services utilizing AI, such as automated consultation summarization and keyword extraction, as well as automated answer recommendations for consultants.
Based on this AI technology, the company was selected as one of Forbes Korea's 'Korea AI 50' companies in April.
Park Min-young, CEO of The White Communication, said, "Through the advancement of AICC, we will provide improved services to our clients, such as enhancing consultation quality and offering real-time consultation translation services for companies with multinational customers."
