The Licensing Expo is the world's largest B2B licensing exhibition attended by stakeholders in the content intellectual property (IP) industry. This year, it was held for three days from the 21st to the 23rd in Las Vegas, USA. About 360 companies and more than 14,000 industry professionals participated, with business matching consultations and conferences taking place.

The Korea Creative Content Agency operated the Korean joint pavilion to enhance the recognition of domestic content companies and IP. Twenty companies participated in the booth, including Neon Creation, NameX Entertainment, Daewon Media, Luxconjin, Roco, Bread Barber Shop, Select Star, Sop, Skywalk, Three Frame, CJ ENM, iForm, SAMG Entertainment, Npix Plus, LG Uplus, Aurora World, Take One Company, Toytron, Korea Educational Broadcasting System, and Hwaha.

A total of 396 export consultations were conducted. The estimated consultation amount was $24.72 million (approximately 33.8 billion KRW), about twice the amount of last year. The most notable company was Hwaha, which succeeded in signing a contract for the Myoshin Gye Dogam series with the US publisher A.M.U (Andrews McMeel Universal). Aurora World and SAMG Entertainment also met with major toy companies Crayola and Hasbro, respectively, signaling a green light for overseas expansion. CJ ENM continued IP contract discussions with global groups such as Mattel, and Sop signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Indian animation production and distribution company Toonz Media.
