Gyeonggi Tourism Organization Hosts Consecutive Performances at Imjingak Pyeonghwanuri in June

The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization is preparing a series of rich performances, including jazz, at Imjingak Pyeonghwa Nuri next month.

On the 27th, the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization announced that as part of the "DMZ OPEN Festival" event themed "Open DMZ, Greater Peace," performances will be held at Imjingak Pyeonghwa Nuri on June 2nd and 15th.

First, on June 2nd, a jazz performance titled "Jazz and the Hill of Wind" will be held at the main performance hall of Imjingak Pyeonghwa Nuri.

The performance will feature the Kim Gaon Trio (jazz piano), Song Miho (bass), Oh Jongdae (drums), and special guest vocalist Malro. Jazz pianist Kim Gaon has participated in various festivals such as the Jarasum Jazz Festival and Takatsuki Jazz Street.

Additionally, on June 15th, a performance by the Green Machine from George Mason University band will be held.

The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization plans to host ▲ Pyeonghwa Nuri Picnic Festival (September 7) ▲ DMZ Exhibition (September to October) ▲ DMZ Walking and Marathon (October 7-8) ▲ Eco Peace Forum (November) ▲ International Music Festival (November at Goyang Aram Nuri) through November.
