Ourhome Successfully Hosts Employee Family Invitation Event Celebrating Family Month

'Why Did You Come to My House?' Held at Headquarters on the 24th
Exhibition Hall and Food Tech Lab Tour, Cooking Class, etc.

Ourhome announced on the 27th that it successfully held the employee family invitation event "Why Did You Come to Our House? I Came to Find My Dream!" in celebration of Family Month.

"Why Did You Come to Our House?" is an internal event designed to strengthen family bonds by inviting employees' families to the company, introducing the workplace, and conducting tours and experience programs. Since last year, it has been held twice a year, once in the first half and once in the second half.

Ourhome Employee and Family Invitation Event

The event took place on the 24th at Ourhome's Magok headquarters, with 34 participants including employees, spouses, children, and grandparents. The theme of the event was "Meeting Ourhome's Vision and Future Talent," and tours and experience programs were conducted. This year, food tech-related programs such as robots were specially prepared, providing a variety of attractions.

The event began with a tour of the Ourhome exhibition hall, followed by a session to understand Ourhome's history and major businesses. Afterwards, participants moved to the Food Tech Lab, where R&D researchers explained food tech technologies and demonstrated cooking equipment such as automatic frying pans and unmanned rice bowl cooking devices. After lunch, attendees visited the Ourhome in-house caf? where robots directly prepare and deliver beverages, enjoying coffee and drinks made by robots during a tea party.

Various hands-on activities were also held. During the cooking class, families increased their intimacy by making picnic lunch menus consisting of rice balls, fried chicken, and egg mayo sandwiches using Ourhome ingredients. Then, families made Moru dolls together and communicated by expressing their feelings through DIY postcards, providing an opportunity to share emotions that are usually hard to express.

After the event, Ourhome Vice Chairman Gu Ji-eun attended and spent time communicating with employees' families. Vice Chairman Gu expressed gratitude to the families by personally giving generous gifts to employees' children and offering kind words.

On the day, Vice Chairman Gu said to the participating families, "This event was organized to provide an opportunity to experience and share what kind of company the family works at and what vision it holds. I still vividly remember the stories about the workplace my father used to tell me when I was young. I hope this was a valuable and happy time for all of you."

Lee Young-wook (47), spouse of an employee who participated in the event, shared, "Thanks to the event organized by the company, I was able to experience the environment where my spouse works and also give good memories to my children, which was meaningful." Additionally, 9-year-old Park Chae-won said, "I am happy to make delicious food together and receive gifts at the company where my uncle works. I want to study hard and work at a company like Ourhome in the future."
