Ecopro Donates 160 Million KRW to Support Vulnerable Groups in Gyeongbuk

On the 23rd, EcoPro announced on the 27th that it donated 160 million KRW to the Community Chest of Korea Gyeongbuk Social Welfare Community Chest to support vulnerable groups in the Gyeongbuk region at the Pohang campus.

This donation will be used to support vulnerable groups during the heatwave, child welfare facilities and local talent sponsorship, energy-vulnerable groups support, and assistance for elderly living alone. Last year, EcoPro also donated 140 million KRW to the Gyeongbuk Social Welfare Community Chest to support vulnerable groups in the region.


An EcoPro official said, "With the early arrival of the heat, we made this donation to provide even a small help for elderly living alone to get through the summer," adding, "Based on the spirit of 'coexisting with the local community through sharing,' we will fulfill our responsibilities as a representative company of Pohang."
