First Premium Residential Brand Unveiled in 18 Years
Prime Community Facilities, Distinctive Exterior and Landscaping
First Applied to June Sale Apartments in Goyang Janghang District
Bando Construction unveiled its premium residential brand 'KAIVE UBORA' on the 24th. This is a premium residential brand introduced 18 years after launching the 'Ubora' brand in 2006.
The premium brand 'KAIVE' will first be applied to apartments supplied in June in the Janghang District of Goyang. It will be applied to Bando Construction's mixed-use complexes and major projects in various regions in the future.
KAIVE UBORA is a naming that combines the core values Bando Construction conveys to its customers: Kind, Admirable, Valuable, and Excellent. It also incorporates the meaning of 'K-Housing,' representing Korean housing, and 'Archive,' meaning a special footprint or record, symbolizing 'a dignified space filled with diverse stories of our lives and valuable everyday moments.'
The KAIVE UBORA logo uses only a wordmark to express a simple yet strong corporate belief and trust. The brand colors use dark navy and blue to represent the value of a premium brand.
Bando Construction plans to maximize the value of premium residential spaces by applying prime community facilities, specialized exterior and facade designs, and eco-friendly landscaping to KAIVE UBORA.
The prime community facility 'ANNEX CLUB' is differentiated to allow residents to take pride in the premium complex. It consists of social specialized facilities that enhance quality of life, a multipurpose indoor gymnasium for healthy living, a high-end lounge, cooking studio, party room, business room, and more.
The exterior design is differentiated by applying three-dimensional facade patterns, curtain wall looks, and stone finishes on the lower floors to create excellent scenery. The large complex is planned to harmonize like a single canvas. Landscaping facilities are also elevated to a higher level of sophistication and presented in an eco-friendly manner. Features such as a central forest within the complex where residents can enjoy walking and resting, and a Wood Way that directly connects the external green space to commercial facilities, are applied.
A Bando Construction official said, "Under Bando Construction's unwavering belief, we propose a residential culture equipped with customer-centered social specialized facilities by concentrating excellent technology and philosophy built with craftsmanship." He added, "We will focus our capabilities on early establishment of 'KAIVE UBORA' and make this year the inaugural year for completing the premium residential brand."
The 'Goyang Janghang KAIVE UBORA,' which will be launched next month, will be located at 517-11 Janghang-dong, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. It will consist of six buildings ranging from four basement levels to 49 floors above ground, with 1,694 apartments of 84, 99, and 170㎡ exclusive areas, and 212 commercial units (from one basement floor to two floors above ground). The expected move-in date is July 2028.
