This hydrangea planting was carried out as part of the Donggang-myeon residents' autonomy revitalization project and is expected to be in full bloom by the end of next month.

The area around the 'Hanbando Observatory' closely resembles the shape of the Korean Peninsula, and with the addition of hydrangeas in various colors such as blue, pink, and purple, it has become a must-visit course in Naju for families, couples, and bicycle riders every year.

Kim Gyeongsuk, head of Donggang-myeon, said, "I would like to express my gratitude to all the residents, including the residents' autonomy committee members and village chiefs, who actively participated despite the busy farming season," adding, "I hope all visitors to Donggang-myeon forget their daily fatigue and find happiness while viewing the hydrangea flowers."
