Doosan Bobcat and HD Hyundai Infracore Expand Mutual Supply... "Expanding Medium-Sized Lineup"

Construction Equipment Mutual Supply MOU
As Part of Portfolio Expansion Strategy

Doosan Bobcat announced on the 23rd that it signed a 'Business Agreement (MOU) to Expand Mutual Supply of Construction Equipment' with HD Hyundai Infracore at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo Hotel in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province.

Doosan Bobcat and HD Hyundai Infracore signed a "Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Expanding Mutual Supply of Construction Equipment" on the 23rd at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province. Through this agreement, the two companies will expand the mutual supply of products that they have been exchanging. Doosan Bobcat will strengthen its medium-sized lineup by selling some of HD Hyundai Infracore's medium-sized construction equipment products under the 'Bobcat' brand, starting with the North American market. HD Hyundai Infracore will also receive some of Doosan Bobcat's small construction equipment.

This agreement is part of Doosan Bobcat's ongoing portfolio expansion strategy. Doosan Bobcat has been diversifying its business in various areas such as agricultural and landscaping equipment, industrial vehicles, and industrial air compressors.

Scott Park, Vice Chairman of Doosan Bobcat, said, "By expanding our product range, we expect to provide more diverse choices and opportunities to Doosan Bobcat customers and dealers."
