The crunchy texture of nurungji and brown rice combined with the mild yet slightly salty flavor of chicken is very appealing. The ‘Nurungji Chicken Thigh’ and ‘Nurungji Chicken Wingstick’ are each coated thinly with brown rice powder and nurungji powder on chicken thighs and drumettes, then fried, allowing you to enjoy the crispy batter, juicy meat inside, and chewy skin all at once.
