Enhance, an artificial intelligence commerce solution startup led by CEO Seunghyun Lee, announced on the 22nd that it has selected NH Investment & Securities as the lead underwriter for its initial public offering (IPO).
Enhance is a startup leading the domestic market and driving the ecosystem in the field of AI commerce solutions. Its flagship service, "Commerce OS," is a solution that supports increased sales and improved work productivity for adopting companies by continuously discovering and executing business opportunities based on data analysis.
Global companies are secured as major clients. In the second half of the year, Enhance plans to further expand its business into the global market, supporting clients' digital transformation and innovation while strengthening its position in the industry.
Last year, Enhance raised Series A funding, reaching a cumulative investment of 10 billion KRW, and with the selection of the lead underwriter, the company is set to begin full-scale preparations for a successful IPO.
