The Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation is set to derive improvement measures through performance analysis of its major projects. It also plans to seek ways to enhance the efficiency of its operations through collaboration with Gyeonggi Province, city and county governments, and related public institutions.
On the 21st, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation announced that it held a kickoff meeting for the "Performance Evaluation and Improvement Study on Major Projects of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation" in the conference room on the 2nd floor of the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation building in Suwon Gwanggyo Technovalley.
The foundation explained that this project was initiated to set directions and strengthen capabilities in response to the growing need for various financial support systems for ordinary citizens and the increasing importance of customized support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small business owners.
Based on the results of this study, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation plans to strengthen its role as a catalyst and stepping stone for future growth, moving beyond financial support (credit guarantees) as a regional guarantee institution through collaboration with local governments, related public institutions, banks, and companies within the province.
This project consists of four stages: environmental analysis, interviews and data analysis, design, and implementation, and will carry out tasks related to performance evaluation and improvement over 11 weeks.
Si Seok-jung, Chairman of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation, stated, "Management through innovation and collaboration is not a choice but a necessity for the sustainable development and future of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation." He added, "Going forward, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation will continue to think intensely to turn current crises into future opportunities, and through change and innovation, it will devote itself to playing a pivotal role in supporting small business owners and SMEs in the province as a pillar of the Gyeonggi regional economy and a safety net for the ordinary economy."
