Korea Multicultural Foundation Angels Basketball Team Donates 'Love Hats' to Goryeong County

Sharing with the Underprivileged Ahead of Summer Season

Goryeong County, North Gyeongsang Province, received a donation of 1,000 hats from the Korea Multicultural Foundation Angels Basketball Team on the 20th.

Founded in June 2013, the Korea Multicultural Foundation is an organization that works together with like-minded donors to deliver love, sharing, and happiness to marginalized groups such as foreign workers, international students, and children with incurable diseases.

The Korea Multicultural Foundation Angels Basketball Team is carrying out various social initiatives for the development of Goryeong County, including this donation of hats and volunteering their talents by providing training guidance to the Goryeong County high school basketball team.

Kwon Sungjin, head of the Korea Multicultural Foundation Angels Basketball Team, said, "I am pleased to be able to participate in practicing neighborly love through this donation, and I will take the lead in spreading a culture of caring and sharing with those in need."

In response, Lee Namcheol, the county governor, expressed his gratitude to the foundation and basketball team officials for the donation and replied, "With the hot summer ahead, we will make sure these precious gifts are delivered to neighbors in need in our community."
