Entering Inside the Wall Through the Pipe Inspection Opening
A story has been shared about a pet dog that got trapped inside a wall while wandering around the house in the United States and was safely rescued by responding firefighters.
On the 17th (local time), NBC News and others reported that on the 12th, a dog was trapped inside a wall at a mansion in Orange County, California, and was rescued by the fire department. At the time, the family living in the house searched for their missing pet dog, Faye, and eventually reported it to the fire department.
In a video released by the Orange County Fire Authority on social media, firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to locate Faye trapped inside the wall. Then, the firefighters made a hole in the wall using a hammer. As the hole grew large enough for Faye to come out, the firefighters whistled and clapped to encourage Faye to come outside. Hesitant at first, Faye slowly emerged from the hole with the firefighters' encouragement.
According to the investigation, Faye entered the wall through a small plumbing inspection hatch inside the mansion and got trapped. Eventually, Faye was able to escape with the help of the fire department after being trapped for about two hours.
The fire department shared the rescue video on social media, joking, "According to the family, Faye seems to be planning the next prank," and "We might see her again soon."
Netizens who saw the video responded with various comments such as, "The family must have been worried when they couldn't find the dog," "Glad Faye was safely rescued," "Hope Faye never goes into the wall again," "Thanks to the firefighters for rescuing Faye," and "I hope Faye doesn't cause any more trouble for the family."
