Lotte Concert Hall announced on the 21st that it will revamp and newly establish its membership system to provide more differentiated customer services.
The two membership types, Vineyard Black and Vineyard Red, which have been maintained since the hall's opening in 2016, will be expanded to five through the revamp. First, Vineyard Black Plus and Vineyard Red Plus memberships will be introduced for long-term subscribers. Members who have continuously maintained Vineyard Black or Vineyard Red status for more than seven years will be automatically upgraded to Plus members.
Vineyard Plus members can reserve and use the Vineyard VIP Lounge in advance through the website on the days of Lotte Concert Hall's planned performances, in addition to the existing Vineyard member benefits. Bottled water is provided in the Vineyard VIP Lounge, and simple external food such as drinks or snacks is allowed, so members can enjoy light snacks before the performance. They also receive performance program book exchange tickets (10 for Black, 5 for Red) which can be exchanged before the performance.
Additionally, a Vineyard Leaf membership system has been newly established for young people under 24. Vineyard Leaf, designed to allow the youth to enjoy membership services, has a membership fee of 10,000 KRW, which is cheaper compared to the 100,000 KRW and 50,000 KRW fees for Vineyard Black and Red members. Vineyard Leaf members can enjoy benefits such as early booking for planned performances, L Point accumulation after attending performances, and discounts at affiliated stores like Lotte Museum.
The revamped and newly established Vineyard membership system will be available for subscription starting from the 22nd.
Kim Hyung-tae, CEO of Lotte Cultural Foundation, said, "We will provide greater benefits to enthusiasts who have used the Lotte Concert Hall membership for a long time to increase satisfaction with the concert hall usage, and by introducing a youth membership, we will make it easier for young people to visit the concert hall comfortably." He added, "We will further expand various customer services through the revamp and establishment of the membership system."
