Eunpyeong-gu Signs Traffic Safety Agreement with Police Station and Korea Transportation Safety Authority

On the 20th, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) announced on the 21st that it signed a business agreement with five organizations, including the Western Police Station, Eunpyeong Police Station, Korea Transportation Safety Authority Seoul Headquarters, and Road Traffic Authority Seoul Regional Headquarters, to promote traffic safety.

Through this agreement, the five organizations will jointly conduct ▲ safety inspections and technical (facility) support for protection zones for vulnerable road users and traffic vulnerable sections ▲ traffic safety education by age group and social class ▲ publicity and campaign activities. This is expected to greatly contribute to preventing traffic accidents and creating a safe traffic environment in Eunpyeong-gu.

District Mayor Kim Mi-kyung stated, “Based on the expertise of each organization, we will promote various cooperative projects to raise the level of traffic safety in Eunpyeong-gu and create a safe Eunpyeong for everyone from young children to the elderly.”
