According to the registry on the 20th, Hannam The Hill in Yongsan-gu, Seoul (exclusive area 233㎡) was traded for 9.45 billion KRW in January, and the buyer was born in 1998. No mortgage was registered on the property. It is estimated that the transaction was made entirely in cash.


Additionally, the buyer of a Hyundai Apartment in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with an exclusive area of 196㎡, which was traded for 8 billion KRW in February, was confirmed to be in their early 30s (born in 1992). A mortgage contract with a maximum claim amount of 1.54 billion KRW was established. It is estimated that the buyer borrowed around 1 billion KRW from a bank. Nine One Hannam in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (exclusive area 244㎡) was traded for 12 billion KRW on the 11th of last month. This property was previously owned by singer Jang Yoon-jeong and her spouse. The ownership registration has been completed. The owner is known to have been born in 1989.


Recently, the number of "young rich" who have made large sums of money in a short period through asset investments such as cryptocurrency or stocks, as well as YouTubers, has increased, and there is a clear preference for owning a "smart single property." Because of this, the cases of purchasing ultra-luxury homes are expected to continue rising.
