WiseA, Participates in Dental Hygiene Society Conference... "Presenting AI-Based Customer Management Paradigm"

Wise AI, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, announced on the 20th that it participated in the '2024 Spring Academic Conference of the Korean Dental Hygiene Association' held at Gwangju Women's University on the 18th, delivering lectures on coexistence strategies with AI and various AI services.

The Korean Dental Hygiene Association is an academic organization representing the dental hygiene field, dedicated to education, research, and practical development. This year's spring academic conference was held under the theme "The Future of Dental Hygiene Studies in the Era of AI and Changes in the Medical Paradigm." At the conference, Wise AI, along with microbiome specialist company Doxmedi, gave special lectures.

Ryu Jaeyoung, CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and Head of the Innovation Growth Division at Wise AI, who appeared as a speaker, shared trends in the development of the AI and digital healthcare market and explained ways for the dental hygiene field and AI to coexist. In particular, he introduced 'Dent-on' as an effective method to utilize AI in medical settings such as dental clinics.

Dent-on is a newly launched AI dental care platform by Wise AI. Using AI, Dent-on assists various customer service and marketing tasks at dental hospitals, from basic customer relationship management (CRM) tasks such as consultation and appointment scheduling to specialized outbound call services.

CTO Ryu stated, "With the rise of advanced generative AI types led by OpenAI's ChatGPT, AI is rapidly being applied and spreading across various industries," adding, "Wise AI is focusing on technology development and new service creation, particularly in the medical and customer service fields."

He continued, "Through this lecture, we were able to hear the voices of the dental hygiene community, who are experiencing various challenges while performing customer service at the forefront of actual medical sites," and added, "Wise AI will build collaborative systems with academic societies and associations and strengthen efforts to efficiently expand the distribution of Dent-on."

Meanwhile, Wise AI signed a joint development business agreement with the Korean Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Implantology (KAOMI) on the 10th to expand the distribution of Dent-on and is actively continuing contracts and supply with numerous dental hospitals and clinics.
