At the senior secretaries' meeting that morning, President Yoon said, "The rainfall in dam catchment areas this spring increased by 40% compared to the average year," according to a written briefing by presidential spokesperson Kim Soo-kyung.
President Yoon also urged, "Make sure to fully prepare health measures for workers against heatwaves."
