The village welfare plan is a process in which village residents take the initiative to prevent and solve village issues, creating a better place to live. For the village nameplates, residents themselves purchased materials, designed, sanded, and oiled the nameplates, with all steps carried out as a joint effort, fostering communication and interaction within the village.

Additionally, through resident workshops, villagers created unique village logos that reflect the characteristics of their community, and these logos were installed on nameplates at each household.

County Governor Yoon Kyunghee said, "I sincerely thank the residents of Sinsung 2-ri for their efforts in revitalizing the local community with a project that highlights the village’s unique characteristics. We will continue to do our best to overcome the crisis of local extinction and create a happy community where everyone can thrive together through the recovery of our community spirit."
