Ulsan City to Offer 50,000 Won Accommodation Support for 'June Travel Month'

From May 28 for 3 Days... 2,500 Discount Coupons Offered

Ulsan City will participate in the '2024 Korea Accommodation Sale Festa' accommodation discount promotion organized by the Korea Tourism Organization to celebrate 'June, the Month of Travel.'

This event supports domestic travel and revitalizes local tourism by providing discount coupons to customers using accommodation products in regions outside of Seoul and the metropolitan area from June 28 to July 14.

The discount coupons will be available for three days from June 28 to 30 through participating online travel agencies (such as Yanolja, Yeogiotte, Gmarket, and about 30 others) when booking accommodation products (hotels, condos, resorts, pensions, etc.). Each person can receive one coupon, and a discount of 50,000 KRW will be applied for bookings of 70,000 KRW or more.

A city official said, "Through this special event, about 2,500 people will receive accommodation discounts for traveling in Ulsan. We hope many tourists will discover the charms of Ulsan, the city full of fun. As this event is held ahead of the summer vacation season, we will also actively promote the Taehwagang Maduhee Festival and the Jangsaengpo Hydrangea Festival, both taking place in June, to encourage repeat visits and further boost tourism promotion."
