The Korea Management Innovation Small and Medium Business Association (hereinafter referred to as the MainBiz Association) is recruiting trainees for a generative AI developer training course until the 24th to alleviate employment difficulties for science and engineering graduates and to cultivate talent tailored to companies.
This training is part of the Ministry of Science and ICT's specialized technical training project for science and engineering fields and targets unemployed science and engineering university graduates (including junior colleges) under the age of 34.
The generative AI developer training course lasts a total of six months, with four months of specialized education followed by dispatching all trainees to companies to participate in practical projects for two months, aiming to cultivate practical talent.
The training is completely free of charge, and a training allowance of up to 3 million KRW will be provided to help alleviate the financial burden on participating trainees. Additionally, employment connections to verified excellent companies are supported for graduates of the training, which is expected to help improve the employment rate of science and engineering graduates.
The MainBiz Association aims to support the scale-up of small and medium enterprises by resolving the shortage of skilled personnel in the industry through this project, alongside fostering professional talent.
Those wishing to participate in the generative AI developer training course can apply through the notice section on the MainBiz Association website by the 24th, and final selection will be made through interviews and other processes.
A representative of the MainBiz Association stated, “We will spare no effort to support the discovery and cultivation of generative AI developers to resolve the mismatch between the employment difficulties of science and engineering graduates and the shortage of specialized technical personnel in the industry.”
