The Jeju International Tourism Marathon Festival is a representative event loved by domestic and international tourists and runners, featuring a fantastic marathon course with a panoramic view of Jeju's sea.

For this event, sports exchange teams from two countries, Japan and China, and six international exchange cities that have established exchanges with Jeju City visited Jeju to participate in the marathon.

The marathon consists of a half marathon (21.0975km) course, a 10km course, and a 5km walking course. Twenty-nine members of the sports exchange teams participate in all marathon courses.

In last year's marathon, a runner from Wakayama City, Japan, which is a sister city of Jeju City, achieved first place in the half marathon course, demonstrating excellent performance.

On the day of the event, more than 30 guests, including Oh Young-hoon, Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and Kang Dong-hoon, President of the Jeju Tourism Association, attended to support the successful hosting of the event.
