The 6th Busan Haeundaegu Association Jokgu Tournament Held... Over 300 Participants in 4 Divisions

The 6th Haeundae-gu Association President's Jokgu Tournament in Busan will be held on the 19th at the dedicated Jokgu field in Wondong riverside, Haeundae-gu.

Hosted by the Haeundae-gu Jokgu Association (President Park Junghoon) and sponsored by Haeundae-gu, the Haeundae-gu Sports Council, and the Busan Jokgu Association (President Park Samcheol), the tournament will begin at 8 a.m., with the opening ceremony scheduled for 10 a.m.

This tournament will feature a total of 45 teams across four divisions: J5, J6, 60s, and 60s Silver, with over 300 athletes competing.

Park Junghoon, president of the Haeundae-gu Jokgu Association, who is hosting and organizing the event, said, "I hope this event will contribute to the development of sports for all, which is becoming popular among people of all ages, and serve as an opportunity to strengthen friendship and unity among Jokgu club members."

Park Samcheol, president of the Busan Jokgu Association, said, "This is a place for Jokgu enthusiasts to exchange friendship, health, and various information about sports for all," adding, "I hope the participating athletes will enjoy our traditional sport and have a healthy and enjoyable time."
