Hana Financial Group announced that it will conduct the 'Step Donation Campaign,' which protects the environment through small daily practices, for one month starting from the 17th.
This campaign, in which Hana Financial Group employees and customers participate together, was prepared with the purpose of promoting health through walking and contributing to energy saving and carbon neutrality by using public transportation.
To participate, install the ‘Big Walk’ mobile app through the 'Step Donation Campaign' participation page on Hana Bank’s representative mobile application ‘Hana One Q’ event page. From the moment of participation, the number of steps is automatically measured, and by pressing the step donation button, up to 30,000 steps per day can be donated. If the cumulative number of steps of all participants reaches 300 million steps, a donation will be made to create the Yeouido Saetgang Ecological Park.
There will also be events for walking participants. Among participants who achieve 110,000 steps, 11 people will be selected by lottery to receive gift boxes containing eco-friendly products, and the top 50 participants with the highest final step counts will receive gift boxes containing eco-friendly products and coffee coupons.
A representative from Hana Financial Group’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Planning Team said, “We hope you enjoy the triple benefits of the ‘Step Donation Campaign,’ which allows you to take care of your health, participate in environmental protection, and donate through small daily practices. We will continue our efforts so that the precious steps of campaign participants can become a big step toward environmental protection.”
Meanwhile, Hana Financial Group is practicing its mission of ‘growing together and sharing happiness through finance’ by conducting various ESG campaigns in which customers and employees participate together, including quarterly clothing donation campaigns, the Seon(善)blur campaign encouraging the use of tumblers, and campaigns promoting the use of reusable cups.
