Conducting Various Domestic and International University Promotion Activities
Kyungnam University held an appointment ceremony for the 22nd class of promotional ambassadors, 'Solchan', at the International Seminar Room in the main building.
The 'Solchan' promotional ambassadors, appointed on the 16th, are students who possess both intelligence and passion, having been selected through a preliminary document screening, first interview, camera test, and final interview. They will serve as the face of the university, engaging in a variety of internal and external activities to promote the university.
A total of six students were selected as the 22nd class of promotional ambassadors, and a total of eleven students, including the president Kim Jibeom (Department of Media and Visual Arts, 4th year), will be active in the 2024 academic year.
They plan to actively promote the university's excellence to both university members and local residents through various methods, including supporting major events such as expos and admissions briefings, participating as blog reporters, engaging in social media activities on Facebook and Instagram, serving in protocol roles, and modeling for video and print materials.
At the appointment ceremony, Kyungnam University Vice President for External Affairs Hong Jeonghyo said, "As Kyungnam University promotional ambassadors are the pride and face of the university, I hope you will do your best so that the university's excellence can be widely known both within and outside the region."
