ACSI explained that the reason Samsung Electronics ranked first alone was due to the "ease of using its operating system" and "screen quality."

Local U.S. media also analyzed that Samsung's focus on innovation, customer service, and ability to offer a variety of products in the market led to its top ranking.

In March, the 'Galaxy S24 Ultra' was ranked first alone in the 'Best Phone Cameras' evaluation by the leading U.S. consumer magazine 'Consumer Reports,' surpassing the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Meanwhile, in overall smartphone satisfaction, both Samsung Electronics and Apple scored 82 points, sharing the first place.
