On Thursday the 16th, the whole country will be mostly cloudy with occasional rain. The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 6 and 12 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 17 and 23 degrees Celsius.
Most of the rain will stop by dawn, but in eastern Gyeonggi and Chungbuk, rain will continue until morning, and in Gangwon and the Gyeongbuk region, rain may persist until the afternoon.
Between dawn and morning, less than 0.1 cm of snow may fall or accumulate slightly in the mountainous areas of Gangwon.
Until the afternoon, strong winds with gusts exceeding 55 km/h (15 m/s) are expected in most parts of the country, so caution is advised for facility management and safety accidents.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
