Daytime High Temperatures 16~27°C
On the 15th, which is Buddha's Birthday and Wednesday, rain is expected in most parts of the country.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 14th, the next day will be mostly clear nationwide but will gradually become cloudy from the morning. Rain will begin in the morning in Seoul, Incheon, northern Gyeonggi, northern Gangwon, and northern Chungnam, and will expand to most parts of the country from the afternoon.
In the Gangwon mountain area, temperatures will drop from late afternoon to the morning of the 16th, causing the rain to change to snow and accumulate in some places. Jeju Island will also see raindrops less than 0.1mm falling from late afternoon to evening in some areas.

From daytime to early morning on the 16th, cold air moving south will cause temporary atmospheric instability, resulting in gusts of wind along with thunder and lightning in some areas. Hail is also expected mainly in some central regions and North Gyeongsang Province, so caution is advised.
The expected precipitation on the 15th is 5 to 20mm in Seoul, Incheon, western Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Jeonbuk. The five islands in the West Sea are forecasted to receive 5 to 10mm. Gwangju, northern Jeonnam, and western Gyeongnam will see rain around 5mm in some areas.
In the Gangwon mountain area, 1 to 5cm of snow is expected over two days from the 15th to the 16th. The East Coast will receive over 80mm of rain during the same period. The expected precipitation in inland Gangwon is forecasted at 10 to 40mm. During the same period, the expected precipitation in the northeastern mountains of North Gyeongsang, the northern East Coast of North Gyeongsang, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo is 20 to 60mm (with some places on the northern East Coast of North Gyeongsang receiving over 80mm). Daegu and North Gyeongsang (excluding the northeastern mountains and northern East Coast) will receive 5 to 40mm.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between 9 and 17 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 16 and 27 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 5.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore. The wave heights in the outer seas (about 200km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.0 to 6.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
